Her experience encompasses the private and public sector, partnerships and global multinationals, finance and professional services. Initially sceptical about coaching at work and the efficacy of leaders collaborating in groups, she is now a passionate advocate for the critical role coaching leaders in groups can play in organizations.
Ruth also has an MSc in Coaching and Development and is accredited to Master Practitioner level through the EMCC. She has contributed to the field through peer-reviewed articles, conference presentations and a podcast series called The Evolution of Leadership, cementing her reputation as a trusted expert in the industry. She is based in Surrey, UK.
