Nancy S. Kim is the inaugural Michael Paul Galvin Chair in Entrepreneurship and Applied Legal Technology and Professor of Law at Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology. A leading international expert on digital contracts and terms of service, her work has been cited in treatises, court opinions, and scholarly articles as well as in popular press publications such as the New York Times, NPR, the Los Angeles Times, and Popular Mechanics. Kim is the author of Consentability: Consent and Its Limits (2019) and Wrap Contracts (2013).
