Rae Carter Neal fulfilled the God-given vision she had of her life from childhood to live in various countries and be of help to others by sharing His love through preaching and teaching the Word of God. Recently, the goal translated into writing free-verse poetry to help inspire, empower, and encourage others, so Rae retired as Pastor of a church in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where she resides with her husband, Terry.
