Combining professional and personal perspectives this book will help you make sense of your experience and understand the grief and trauma which are often not openly discussed. Packed with self-help exercises it will empower you to deal with the complex thoughts and feelings pregnancy loss can bring and help you to manage difficult conversations. Dr Lucinda Green, Consultant Perinatal Psychiatrist
'Coping with miscarriage is a thoughtful, compassionate book that meets people where they are after pregnancy loss. The writing is clear, inclusive and deeply humane, offering understanding without judgement or pressure to “move on”. I especially appreciated the care taken with language, the acknowledgement of mixed and changing feelings, and the recognition that grief doesn’t follow a neat path. This book would be a supportive companion for anyone navigating miscarriage, and a valuable resource for professionals wanting to offer care that truly listens.'
Dr Emma Svanberg, Clinical Psychologist and aAuthor of Parenting For Humans
