"Coping with Fibromyalgia" is a practical guide for dealing with the pain and disruption caused by this syndrome through the use of relatively simple techniques such as avoiding exposure to common food additives and to environmental poisons such as road salt. It's based on the author's own personal experience as a fellow sufferer and describes his success in overcoming it.
