The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has developed this CCP to provide a foundation for the management and use of the Lacreek National Wildlife Refuge Complex, which includes not only the refuge but also the wetland management district. The plan is intended to serve as a working guide for management programs and actions over the next 15 years.
