Recenzii

Quite simply it is the best introduction to the study and understanding of comparative politics that there is: comprehensive, sophisticated, well structured, accessible and up to date, it has a well deserved reputation as the leading volume of its kind. No student or scholar of politics can afford to be without a copy.
A comprehensive and clearly structured introduction to comparative politics. It presents the literature in a coherent and accessible manner, effectively guiding readers through key concepts, debates, and empirical applications. The volume successfully balances theoretical depth with clarity, making it particularly well suited for undergraduate students, while also providing a solid and up-to-date reference for instructors.
It is a great comparative politics textbook. I especially like the way the textbook is structured and the additional resources like the further readings and the knowledge, critical thinking, and applied questions.
