A series of enlightening discourses delivered in Cape Town, South Africa, by the leader of the Qadiri-Shadhili-Darqawi Tariqa in explanation of two Qur’anic passages and various Sufic texts and qasidas. Among the poems he examines are the famous ‘Khamriyya’ of Ibn al-Farid and qasidas from the Diwan of Shaykh Muhammad ibn al-Habib.
