"Having the feature-length films fully integrated in each chapter makes for a richer experience for the students at the intermediate level. The concept works really well as a springboard for discussion and writing assignments. For me, the Avant le visionnement section with a cultural notes opener and vocabulary exercises and the Aprs avoir visionn section are the strongest components of the textbook.
