Chicken/Turkey: "Ya Gotta Love It" is a book of recipes that were birthed during a dry season in my life. This is a time when Maurice and I went through hard times. I had to take the little that we had to prepare meals for my husband and myself. It was almost like the story with Elijah and the widow in 1 Kings 17:10-15.
