Dr. Bowie "Bandaid" Myers has been known to save the unsavable. He's a miracle on the battlefield, but one loss during an ambush in Iran threatens to derail his entire career. The only thing to catch his attention in months is a mysterious beautiful woman he meets during an undercover operation. She stands out at the ritzy bar simply by looking like she wants to be anywhere else... just like him. US Air Force pilot Major Charli "Atlas" Calderon is a once-in-a-generation pilot. She loves her planes, her job, and her crew. Her only problem is a boss that hates her and is determined to make her life a living hell. The two strangers meet and share one hot night, only to find out they're both military and working the same classified mission. They both fall hard, but fate and their careers won't allow them a chance to be together. That is until fate tries to take them both out. With enemies, foreign and domestic closing in on all sides, Charlie and Bowie are going to have to fight for their lives, their careers, and ultimately for each other.
