Jaffe Professor of International Relations at Old Dominion University.Katerina Oskarsson is a consultant to NATO on the Middle East and global security; Deputy Chief Resilience Officer for the City of Norfolk, Virginia; and an adjunct professor of international relations at Old Dominion University.
