As time goes on, she becomes curious of the white spots that decorate her skin and why no other person has them. She wonders why she must always remain a secret and cannot have any friends. She also discovers that she has a unique ability to attract animals - a rare gift that she inherited from her great-grandfather, Solo. Her parents pacify Anohs with answers that she eventually refuses to accept anymore. During all this, she has dreams from God that seem to be revealing something to her. After finding a letter written to her by her great-grandfather before his death, she finally understands why she's so special, why her family doesn't want the giants to find her, and why she's been feeling a yearning in her spirit for something more in life - she's the Princess of Tarshish.
