The outpouring of this poetry deep from within was cathartic and cleansing. Along the way, I learned the difference between happiness and joy. I was happy for my sister when she gave birth to her beloved children but joyful when I was blessed by the birth of my own.
I was on a road to Damascus, blinded by roots of bitterness of which I was unaware. As my eyes became unscaled, it was sometimes frightfully overwhelming to look at the facts of my life.
Living in the peace beyond understanding is my daily state of being. I am anxious for nothing. I have come to truly believe that rejection is God's protection, for He knows where these feet should not tread.
I pray that these insights yield enlightenment to all who are touched by the words.
