When Franklin City falls victim to the reigns of two unrelated serial killers, Detective Reginald Barkley reluctantly enlists the help of Eric Parks, a man of questionable mindset and an obsession with the mentally deranged. When the two killers become aware of one another, however, the city is plunged into the middle of a rivalry with horrifying implications. As Barkley and Parks both struggle with their own personal demons, they race to figure out the mysteries surrounding the killers and stop them before more of the city's citizens suffer violent fates.
