Based on his background in sport psychology, Rob empowers clients to remove internal and external barriers to organizational effectiveness and to function at optimal levels. During the Covid-19 crisis, he advised hospitals and executives on how to keep people mentally tough and grow through the experience. He has coached executive teams and talent throughout organizations including the C-Suite, surgeons, athletes, and emerging leaders.
