"Between Two Tribes" is a historical novel based on actual events that happened on the Northern Cheyenne Indian Reservation in the Spring and Summer of 1890. The Cheyenne People are starving due to Indian Department mismanagement. When some Cheyenne warriors go off the reservation and kill white settlers' cattle to feed their families, tensions rise between the "Red Tribe" and the "White Tribe." The mysterious deaths of two white settlers places the U.S Army "Between Two Tribes."
