A young girl from the Bronx of New York leaves home only to find herself in the hands of criminals. Finding out that she is addicted to drugs by force. She admits herself to a hospital rehab. When returning home she finds her whole family is taken in by these same drug lords. Seeking revenge she goes back to a life of crime.Determined to recue her family she finds out who is really behind it all.
