Every lifetime has its secrets. Eventually, someone has to confess.
Sarah Fuller finds inspiration for her next fragrance in an unexpected place: the power of prayer. Trying to reconnect with her faith and the life she has built, an invitation to Rome and the Vatican feels almost too perfect.
Surrounded by centuries of art, faith, and history, Sarah once again feels the unmistakable pull of a life she has lived before.
This time, the past leads her into the Vatican during the Inquisition, where the Church holds enormous power, heresy can be deadly, and duty and forbidden love are impossible to reconcile.
Meanwhile, thousands of miles from home, Sarah's present is keeping secrets of its own. Her husband's phone is suddenly off, and Harry, the charming widower she can't seem to forget, keeps reminding her why.
But some secrets can only stay hidden for so long.
Arcanum: Secrets of the Madonna is the third novel in the Arcanum series, weaving present-day Rome, the Vatican, the Inquisition, romance, faith, and past lives into a story of forbidden love, destiny, and the secrets we carry from one lifetime to the next.
Kelly O'Hearn, author and intuitive, spent weeks using the tarot to channel stories from her own past lives, inspiring Arcanum, the first novel series channeled entirely through the tarot.
Sarah's journey is far from over.
