A research biochemist with Johnson & Johnson and a professional member of the Institute of Food Technology, he has received numerous awards and distinctions, including a Fulbright scholarship. Dr. Pappas's research and interests focus on lipid metabolism. A native of Greece, Dr. Pappas now lives in New York and New Jersey, where he enjoys his passions for cinema, music, and, of course, pairing his favorite wines to gourmet French meals.
