Notă biografică

Dr Nick Wiltonis currently Associate Dean for Professional Education and Accreditation at Oxford Brookes Business School. For more than 20 years, he has taught at undergraduate and graduate levels in a variety of disciplines including Human Resource Management and Development, employment relations and cross-cultural and international management. He is the author of an Introduction to Human Resource Management(5th ed.). His research interests include employability, careers and career development, and labour market inequality. He holds a doctorate in the sociology of work and employment, an Mphil in the management of employee relations, is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a senior fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy.
