Notă biografică

Paul W. Odomirok, Sr., is president and CEO of Performance Excellence Associates, Inc., in St Augustine, Florida. He has built a remarkable career over the past 50 years, spanning academia, engineering and development, manufacturing, corporate executive leadership, consulting, and entrepreneurship. In his first career, he taught Mathematics and Computer Science at all levels, from preschool to post-PhD, and contributed to higher education by designing graduate-level curricula as an Adjunct Professor at the University of South Carolina. His second career began in 1985 with the National Cash Register (NCR), where he advanced through roles such as Senior Programmer Analyst, Manager, Product Manager, Corporate Strategic Planner, Director of Quality and Customer Satisfaction, and Corporate Coach, while collaborating with the Bell Labs Organization Effectiveness Group and participating in the Harvard Business School T.E.A.M. Research Study. In 1995, he transitioned to consulting, specializing in leadership, strategy, and performance improvement, and over the past 30 years, he has worked with 137 organizations, delivering over 300 impactful projects and programs.
