Wear comfortable running shoes.
Look both waysto the left and to the right.
Stay to the right unless you are passing.
Be saferun with a buddy.
Carry plenty of water.
Make sure you can hear.
Don't litter.
Respect animals. Do not disturb or harass wildlife.
Respect nature, leave natural and historic objects alone.
If you can't run, walk but just keep moving.
