Each chapter provides a brief but detailed portrayal of REBT, informing readers how the REBT tenet is applied in practice and, importantly, why.
A Professional Guide to REBT offers a thorough yet distilled guide on how the fundamentals of REBT are applied and is key reading for students, scholars, and practitioners of psychology, psychotherapy, and REBT.
