This book is to help educate families and the community on the importance of being a support to a loved one with mental illness. To bring families awareness of how providing support, educating one selves and being an ear to your love one is an important part of treatment. The purpose is to help break the stigma associated with mental illness and to bring families together for healing, comfort and support.
