A few years ago I presented one-minute radio spots to help listeners make it through the day and perhaps consider new perspectives to change life's directions. A brief message with a worthwhile thought has much potential for redirecting one's day. Each of these minute messages had an impact on me, so I decided to put them into a volume with the hope of helping others to face difficulties with new perspectives. There is no need for the reader to navigate through the entirety of this material in one day. A little bit will go a long way when it is given time for consideration and for personal applications.
