Zeebra, the Hip Dog is a fantasy-adventure story about a group of pets led by one exceptional dog named Zeebra. Fed up by the ill treatment of their owners, a group of pets led by Zeebra, the Hip Dog, decided to pay a visit to the first dog at the White House to pave their way to Congress to seek a new Animal Bill of Rights.
