I was beautifully surprised by some of the topics and chapters, the blantantly spirited detail and descriptions given by the individual authors had me hooked and the different perspectives of the most simplest thoughts took my yogi journal to a whole new level...this handbook is an absolute must for any aspiring teacher or trainee who wants to 'get the dirt' without having to ask every Yoga teacher they meet for their do's and don'ts.
