Dabei dienen die Drehbücher der beiden Terminator-Filme - The Terminator (1984) and Terminator 2: Judgement Day (1991), in denen der Regisseur James Cameron subversiv bestehende Rollenmodelle unterwandert, als Ausgangspunkt. Yannick Nuss nutzt für seine Untersuchung die Buchseiten, sie werden als filmischer Raum begriffen, in dem der Einsatz von Bewegung und Körperlichkeit spürbar wird.
