Christine Gail Garcia is a retired schoolteacher. Word's By God's Grace is her first book. The topics for the poems and songs in this book came from the trials and tribulations experienced in living.

The words in this book would not be without God giving them to me. I pray they say what God wants them to say, the way God wants them said.

"Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above and cometh down from the Father of lights..." (James 1:17)

Within the pages of this book, there are prayers asking for forgiveness, prayersasking for strength and prayers of praise and thankfulness. There are prayersexpressing pain, prayers expressing sorrow and prayers expressing love forGod. They all come from deep within my heart and they all bring comfort andrelease.

I meant the words in this book to be personal and private, just between me andGod. But God placed a strong feeling within me that the words weren't meantjust for me, and so I am following God's will in publishing this book.
