He writes for magazines and is the author of a number of cookbooks. Becky Johnson works as a food writer, contributing to books and magazines. She has many published works. Jenni Fleetwood is a food writer and editor who has written cookbooks on international cuisines, including the food of Africa, Asia, the Middle East and the Caribbean.
