Joanne M. Flood, MBA, CPA, is an accounting professional with experience at both a Big 4 international firm and a small firm. She served as a senior manager in the AICPA's Professional Development group, where she managed the development of and wrote courses in the accounting and auditing product line. Flood received her MBA in Accounting Summa Cum Laude from Adelphi University. She has written and produced training materials across print, video, and audio formats, and pioneered the AICPA's e-learning product line.
