Why Kill Apple Orchard? is the fourth book in the Richie Stevens Investigates Series. There is a murder on the set of the long running soap opera filmed in Dolphin Bay. The chief suspect is Clive Brant, a relative of Richie's friend DCI Norman Freeman of the Metropolitan Police Force. Norman has assisted Richie on several previous cases and is only too willing to travel to South Wales to discover who really killed the star of the show - Apple Orchard. However, finding the murder is only part of Richie's problems as the story unfolds.
