Who We Are is a psychological thriller that explodes in the Utopian community of Hemac. For the majority of Hemac resident's life is a harmonious and peaceful existence under the iron rule of the Church Elders. Daily routines, hard work and virtuous hearts lend itself to a mindless animation that the people call life. Not all people though. The daughter of a Church Elder, Desire struggles to reconcile the feelings inside her to resist conformity and discover who she really is. As her opposition leads her deeper and deeper into conflict with her father and the Community she finds an ally in the strange and elusive Johnny. Under the facade of harmony and peace, Desire and Johnny quickly discover that all is not as it seems in Hemac.
