President Lutin declares war on the independent city of Paradise claiming the elves are just pleasure seekers without any sexual morals. In reality, he wants the looking glass portal technology which only the Guardians have and he believes the City of Paradise is secretly a Guardian Hideaway. His latest campaign creates problems between humans and elves leaving many to question who's more violent.
