The Jester Dante Ibarra used to enjoy his life as a Guardian Jester, until the rebellion of the Light Bringer brought upon the Fall of his brothers. Dante will never forget what the Light Bringer had done, as it was he who wiped his identity and cursed Dante with the forbidden Chelsea Grin. With this curse, Dante can no longer fight at his full potential, as he feels the pain of others by tenfold.
Yet, there may be hope. With the aid of his lover, the Jester Erzabet, Dante can no longer feel his own pain with her invention, the Deus Ex Machina. But his scars make him a blemish on Deus' Kingdom, leading him to his own exile. Now off the grid, Dante seeks revenge against the one who cursed him. Under a new name now, Dante thirsts for blood as the Jester Crow.
