Dana Marie Miroballi is a writer, speech-language pathologist, and former teacher. She grew up on army bases in Germany, served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Uzbekistan, and now lives in Chicago with her husband, children, and cats. Dana is the author of Whatcha Doin’?, If My Hair Had a Voice, and Inventions to Count On: A Celebration of Black Inventors.
Ardhi Al Hafiz is a children’s book illustrator from Indonesia. He has been working as a freelance illustrator for over five years, creating colorful and playful artwork that brings stories to life for young readers. Ardhi enjoys designing expressive characters and cozy little worlds filled with warmth and imagination. He works primarily in digital illustration and draws much of his inspiration from everyday life and the sense of wonder found in childhood. His work often focuses on friendly characters, gentle storytelling, and vibrant scenes that invite children to explore and connect with the story.
