The word "Dharma" means dhar (ground); ma (that); that which is grounded. That which is involved in you becomes gradually evolved. Dharma, the thing that sustains you, upholds you and stands by you and nourishes you. It is best described as the nature of man, or your own oneness in relation to the concept of nature.
