The Mountain Man Series chronicles the 19th century life of Jeremiah Warner. Tragedy claims his family in the Texas Panhandle when Jeremiah is only eighteen years old. In this fourth volume, he continues to follow the unfolding Destiny that changes the face of the wilderness each season. In the present volume he becomes the Pathfinder, scouting the Oregon Trail through the Rocky Mountain Wilderness.
