Elisa Morris is a psychotherapist, supervisor, and trainer. She has worked in the UK National Health Service and run a busy private practice for almost twenty years. She is registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy. Previously she worked as a journalist, writing for publications such as The Guardian.

Nell Montgomery is the CEO of Psychiatry UK, the UK's largest online psychiatry service. She is an executive coach and psychotherapist and cofounded Aesara Partners, an international coaching practice that enables leaders, teams, and cultures to realize their full potential. Previously, she spent ten years in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and was on the board of Investec Securities, where she developed an early interest in the human elements of organizations.
