Nazarat Bahisti Maqbarah is blessed with the opportunity to print a new edition of the rules and regulations of Wasiyyat, as revised under the auspices of Hazrat Khalifatul Masih IV and Hazrat Khalifatul Masih V. These rules and regulations were originally published after the Majlis-e-Shura of 1983 in which a committee was established by Hazrat Khalifatul Masih IV to compile and record the rules of Wasiyyat. Copies of these Wasiyyat Rules should be kept in all Jama'at libraries. It is the responsibility of Wasiyyat Secretaries to learn these rules and guide Musis accordingly. May Allah enable all Musis and office bearers of the Jama'at to benefit from this new edition.
