Brian Wansink, Ph.D. is a Stanford graduate and a professor of Applied Economics and Management, resident at Cornell University's Food and Brand Laboratory in New York, USA. He specialises in nutrition and marketing, and is the author of three previous books on the subject. He lives in New York, USA with his family. Author residence: New York, USA
