Notă biografică
Taylor Pipes moved to Elkhorn in the third grade and has been captivated by the annual fair ever since. He attended Elkhorn High School and holds a journalism degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Today, he lives in San Francisco where he is a freelance writer and actor.
