Cassie, Axton, and Berin continue their search for Gusta. With the hopes of starting a better life together, Gusta and Coleson head to Sin Detroit. Cassie has more questions than answers regarding her strange fire powers. Unbeknownst to her, Gusta has been taken prisoner. During their journey to Sin Detroit, Cassie, Axton and Berin face some of the many dangers on the outside. When they reach Sin Detroit, they discover something beneath the city that exposes a few of the many dark secrets of the ruling family.
