Okimi is a young woman trying to find her path in the city that she grew up in. As a citizen of Millind, a city known for encouraging its residents to dream and paint tomorrow with more color than the day previous, she assumes that the only one in her way is herself. Finding purpose in her gig as a babysitter, everything she has ever loved and relied on is gone in the blink of an eye following a tragedy that leaves her colorblind in a world where the very nature of color brings life to everything living. In the wake of disaster, she allies with a mysterious man that doesn't fit in the same canvas as everyone else, and has not a clue who he is or what his name is.
The two form a bond as they move to investigate their city's changing landscape with more individuals losing the ability to see in hue. As they investigate, they encounter otherworldly possessions and individuals that jeopardize everything they've ever known. As their world begins to dry of anything warm or living, the enigma they encounter forces them to question the very nature of their world and their existence.
