Notă biografică
Uyen Luu ist Food-Fotografin und Food-Stylistin. Seit 2009 leitet sie einen vietnamesischen Dinner-Club und gibt auch Kochkurse. Uyen ist in Hackney, London, aufgewachsen, seit ihre Familie in den 1980er-Jahren als Flüchtlinge dorthin gezogen ist.
