For close to 30 years, Jim James has proven himself among the most adventurous artists in 21st century music. In addition to his work with My Morning Jacket, James has unfurled a steady string of inventive solo efforts, most recently Wowed Out. James has also established himself as a producer—helming records by a wide variety of artists in practically every genre—and joined forces with fellow musicians on a number of unique collaborative projects, including Monsters of Folk. Through it all, Jim James has stood creatively steadfast, both in his avowed commitment to shapeshifting musical adventure and his deeply humanist search for lasting peace, love, and wonder.
