This book of poetry describes the different types of suffering and abuse.

My heart goes out to those who suffer severe mood swings due to bipolar disorder. It's crazy how such a disorder can create wonders yet cause so much pain. Poetry saved me in a way that I now have a voice and can be heard. I hope you, the reader, finds yours.

Enclosed within these page not only covers bipolar disorder but describes the struggles of drug abuse, alcohol abuse, PTSD, eating disorders, anxiety, suicide, relationships, and friendships. All based on the opinions of me, a patient with bipolar disorder; I had no medication and did not receive any help prior.
