Loren is a trauma-informed therapist with over twelve years of experience specializing in relationship dynamics, couples work, and the long arc of healing through Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and IFS (Internal Family Systems). Encouraged by her father to use writing as a tool for truth-telling, Loren discovered her voice after intensive trauma therapy and research that helped her realize her own college experience through the lens of psychological manipulation and coercion.
