In Under the Radar, NYPD Detective Peter O'Donnell thinks he's washed up after a disastrous drug bust in Mexico. He moves upstate to write parking tickets in a quiet college town, but it's not long before all hell breaks loose. He uncovers a diabolical plot after a chemistry technician is murdered on campus, and the killer seems to be a post-grad terrorist. In the meantime, with a new love interest on his mind, an old nemesis turns up who wants the former NYC detective dead. O'Donnell soon realizes time is quickly running out.
